Problem 🤝 Solution
Problem solving and strategy are two of my top skills in addition to design. So when Monty came to me needing a website and told me the problem she needing solving, I was quickly able to find a solution for her.
She needed a website that also connected to a membership site for her clients. She wanted to be able to provide them with unique log ins and provide her resources to them in an automated way. Previously, she was having to manually send each of her clients these resources and it was taking more time out of her schedule than what was ideal.
Now she has a beautiful and strategic website where prospects can find her and clients can log in to access their coaching resources.
This project was so fun to bring to life! I love problem solving and I love developing a useful and beautiful resource for my clients. It brings me so much joy to help make business owner’s lives easier!
The Problem:
Monty needed a website to serve her business, but more importantly, she needed a membership area for her clients. She previously got most of her clients through LinkedIn and Word of Mouth. However, all of her processes for her business were very manual and she wanted a way to streamline things to make it easier for her and her clients.
The Solution:
I helped her goals by developing a strategic site that allowed both prospects to find her and clients to have a hub for the resources that she offers.
I developed the site through Squarespace and after exploring options for her membership area, decided that MemberSpace was the best solution for the needs of her and her clients.
Squarespace has a new built-in membership area but it wasn’t the right fit for this project due to its limited capabilities.
The Result:
Monty ended up with a beautiful and strategic site that helped her gain new clients soon after its launch. She also ended up with an automated way to provide exclusive resources to her clients so that she no longer had to manually email each client the same sets of resources. She can now provide them with a login and all the resources are at their fingertips.
